Terms 'n Conditions:

The Kaverini Store is a cornucopia of apparel, clothing, kitchen items and other fun misellanous trinkets featuring characters and designs from Jared Gimbel's games and other art projects. By purchasing things from this store, you agree to all of the terms and conditions set forth in this document, which I revise, within reason, when I'm not feeling lazy.

Unauthorized use of these materials may result in legal consequences and/or an excruciating geography lecture by Captain Monkey Buckethead himself.

Misuse of this website is prohibited. If you're a fan of Kaverini games and merch, you likely have enough brains to know what that entails. Among sub-categories of "misuse" are data mining, spamming and illegal activities. Restricted access and refusal of service may be in the cards should you choose to forgo common sense and/or give into villainy, but that's your choice.

Availability to subject to change without notice because I'm not an omnipotent divinity.

Shopify manages everything I'm too bored to learn how to do, such as logistics and transactions. Fraud or inventory issues may result in order cancellations.

This store accepts PayPal, Venmo, Credit cards, and if you want something else, I'll see what I can do. This is the part where I include a disclaimer about price changes or errors.

The Kaverini Store, based in New York and Connecticut (despite having a Finnish name), values your privacy. We only collect limited personal information, like your name, email and shipping address—ONLY to ensure that you get the orders you pay for and enjoy looking at all the wonderful things this shop has to offer. Transactions are securely processed via Shopify and may involved some trusted third-party services (like payment and shipping providers).

This site use analytics and cookies to understand how visitors interact with our site, but if I'm being honest I'm probably too busy working on my next game to look at it unless I have to. Your data is NEVER sold, and you can always reach out to review or remove your info.

Refund Policy:

Should you not be satisfied with your purchases from the Kaverini Store, eligible items may be returned with 30 days of delivery, provided they are in unused and original condition. We do not accept returns on digital goods or final sale items.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived is damaged or incorrect. Refunds will be issue to the original payment method after the return is received and inspected.
